Where is my online order?
Standard Post Deliveries:
All orders that are considered non-Heavy/Bulky are delivered via Australia Post.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number and tracking link.
If you cannot see an email from Australia Post, please check your junk mail.

Once you have placed a Click & Collect order you will receive a confirmation email.
Your local store will contact you to confirm when your order is ready to be collected (please do not go to store until you here from them). You will also receice an email from your local store when your order is ready to collect. Click Here to find your local store’s contact details.
As we offer the full website range, part or all of your order may not be available at your local store and be required to be delivered from another INTERSPORT store.
This may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive at your local store.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your purchase has been shipped, we are unable to add, remove from or modify your order. What is a Heavy/Bulky item?
Items considered bulky or heavy will be identified in the description of the product on the product details page. Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. You will be notified of the additional shipping costs in the checkout.
Can I use an INTERSPORT Gift Card Online?

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
INTERSPORT Australia delivers only small items to PO Boxes (i.e. Shoes and Apparel). Bulky items will not be delivered to a PO Box.
