How do I cancel my online order?

  3. Respond back to your INTERSPORT Australia order confirmation email
Can I change my delivery address or item/s after submitting the order? 

INTERSPORT Australia will do their best make the adjustment. However, if the order has been dispatched, it is unlikely the address or item/s can be changed.  Contact INTERSPORT Australia via phone on 03 8560 4677 or email help@intersport.com.au.

How do I receive confirmation email & tracking information? 

INTERSPORT Australia will keep you up to date with order confirmation, tracking and ETA. If you have not received these emails, please contact INTERSPORT Australia via Ph: 03 8560 4677 or email help@intersport.com.au.

I am yet to receive my order, what do I do? 

Your INTERSPORT Australia order may not have arrived for a few reasons (shipping delay, incorrect address, return to sender, split shipment).  

Contact INTERSPORT Australia via phone (03 8560 4677) or email (help@intersport.com.au) and we will investigate to ensure you receive your parcel. 

How can I get a Tax Invoice for my online Order? 

Email help@intersport.com.au with your Order #number and a Customer Service representative will send through the tax invoice.

Why am I being charged shipping for my order if it is over $150?

Please check out our Shipping & Deliveries page here, some orders are not eligible for free delivery even if they are over $150.

Does INTERSPORT Australia ship internationally? 

INTERSPORT Australia does not ship internationally.

How do I return an online order?

What do I do if my item is faulty? 

We are sorry to hear your product is faulty. Please fill out the Online Return Request here, we will respond with the next steps as soon as possible.

I returned my online order, why have I not received my refund? 

Refunds can take 2-4 business after arriving back to store. If you do not receive in this time frame, please contact INTERSPORT Australia via phone (03 8560 4677) or email (help@intersport.com.au).

Can I return my online order instore?
