Shipping & Deliveries
NSW & VIC Update: Due to high volume of online orders, there may be a delay with delivery of some online orders. If you have placed an order, you will receive an email notification as soon as your Contactless Click & Collect order is ready to collect, or your Home Delivery order has been shipped. Our team is working hard to prepare orders as quickly as possible and we thank you for your ongoing patience and support.
The following delivery rates/charges will apply to online orders. Heavy or bulky items will fall outside these rates and incur additional delivery costs. Examples of heavy or bulky items include product such as Trampolines, Fitness Equipment and Basketball Systems.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. You will be provided with a consignment note and tracking link in your shipping notification email. You can track your parcel using Australia Post’s tracking search. Simply enter the consignment note number. We recommend sending your parcel to an office or location where someone will be there to receive it between 9:00am – 5:00pm.
If you have ordered multiple items, we will do our best to deliver from one location, but it may be necessary to deliver the items from various locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times. In this case, no additional shipping costs will be charged and you will receive multiple tracking links.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders that are received by 11am AEST will be processed the same day. All orders received after this time will be processed as soon as possible, likely to be the next business day. We will endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after midday are processed on the following day.

During busy SALE periods, we will do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will contact you via phone or email and organise a refund for items we are unable to fulfil.
INTERSPORT Australia does not offer international shipping.
