DELIVERY DETAILS

INCORRECT ADDRESS ON ORDER

Should an incorrect address be supplied by the customer when placing their order, they should contact INTERSPORT Customer Service as soon as possible to advise of the correct address.

However, INTERSPORT takes no responsibility for an order in transit or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error. An order being sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering is not considered sufficient grounds for a refund.

STOLEN PARCELS

If a customer suspects an INTERSPORT parcel has been stolen, they should contact INTERSPORT Customer Service as soon as possible.

Should a customer specifically request for a parcel to be left unattended at the delivery address, INTERSPORT takes no responsibility for items that may be stolen. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have their order delivered in a manner that minimises the risk of theft.

Replacement items will be issued at the discretion of INTERSPORT.

Standard Shipping

  • INTERSPORT Australia offers free shipping on all standard shipping online orders* over $150. Any orders under $150 will incur a $9.95 fee.
  • *This does not include items considered to be Heavy or Bulky.
  • Currently it will take approximately 3 – 7 business days for standard delivery of your order. Delivery times to regional and remote locations may be slightly longer during peak delivery times.

Express Shipping

  • INTERSPORT Australia offers the option of Express Post Shipping that will incur a $14.95 fee*
  • *This does not include items considered to be Heavy or Bulky.
  • Currently it will take approximately 2 – 4 business days for express delivery of your order. Delivery times to regional and remote locations may be slightly longer during peak delivery times.

Heavy/Bulky Shipping

  • Examples of Heavy/Bulky items include products such as Trampolines, Fitness Equipment and Basketball Systems.
  • The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s, plus the delivery location.
  • You will be notified of Heavy/Bulky shipping costs in the checkout. Standard delivery only is available for Heavy/Bulky items.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
  • Once your order has been despatched, you will receive Email and SMS notifications with tracking information.
  • You can track your parcel using Shippit’s online tracking service. Simply enter the tracking number and “Track Package”.
  • We recommend sending your parcel to an office or location where someone will be there to receive it between 9:00am – 5:00pm.
SPLIT DELIVERIES

If you have ordered multiple items, we will do our best to deliver from one location, but it may be necessary to deliver the items from various locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times. In this case, no additional shipping costs will be charged and you will receive multiple tracking links.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
  • INTERSPORT Australia offers all Non-Heavy/Bulky items for Click & Collect.
  • It may be necessary to ship the items from another INTERSPORT store if your chosen Click & Collect store does not have the stock available.
  • Please make sure to use the Check Stock In Store function for the specific product you are looking to purchase for available stock in your chosen store.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
  • Please note that nationally delivery carriers are experiencing increased delivery times due to large volume of deliveries.
  • INTERSPORT Australia does not offer international shipping.
  • Orders that are received by 11am AEST will be processed the same day.
  • All orders received after this time will be processed as soon as possible, likely to be the next business day.
  • We will endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
