What delivery options do you offer?

We offer Standard, Express, and Heavy/Bulky shipping.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150, or $9.99 for orders under $150 (excluding heavy/bulky items).

Express shipping is $14.99 (excludes heavy/bulky items).

Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days and Express takes 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary as our shipping service providers experience delays.

Heavy/Bulky item shipping fees vary by size, weight, and location, and are shown at checkout. Express post is not available for these items.

Customers may request Authority to Leave at checkout.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, for non-heavy/bulky items. Use "Check Stock In Store" to see availability. Some bulky items may also be available if stocked at your chosen store.

Why is my order being delivered in split parcels?
Orders with multiple items may need to be sourced and shipped from different locations and arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking links for each shipment, with no extra shipping fees.

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Contact INTERSPORT Customer Service immediately by calling our customer service team at 03 8560 4677.

We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Orders delivered to wrong addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

What if my parcel is stolen?

Contact Customer Service right away.

If you selected Authority to Leave, INTERSPORT is not liable for theft.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery method.

Replacements are issued at our discretion.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within Australia.
