RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Extended Returns
INTERSPORT online is pleased to offer extended online returns for customers during the festive season.
Orders placed between Thursday 13th November and Tuesday 16th December 2025 will be eligible for an extended returns period until Friday 16th January 2026. Product exclusions and returns criteria apply.
We offer free returns for items returned within 30 days of purchase for incorrect size/change of mind or if the product is faulty/not as advertised.
Applies to INTERSPORT Australia Online purchases only.
In-store purchases follow the policy of the store where the item was purchased.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, only the cost of the product will be refunded, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Purchases made with a gift card (full or partial) will be refunded as online store credit.
Your refund will be processed when the returned product has been inspected by our team and confirmed that the above criteria has been met.

The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase, unless faulty or not as advertised.
The item must be unworn/unused.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including the shoe box and product tags.
For Swimwear returns please ensure the hygiene sticker is still intact and the swimwear must be unused.
If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund may be declined, and theproducts will be returned to you.
Online orders can be returned in store by first submitting an Online Return Request form.
Yes, exchanges can be made in-store only.
The exchanged item must be for the same product in a different size.
Item must meet the same returns criteria.
Damaged packaging may void eligibility.
If an exchange isn’t possible in-store, use the Online Return Request form.
Return or exchange your Click & Collect items at your local INTERSPORT store. Click and collect orders must meet the Returns Criteria.
If returning in-store is not possible, submit an Online Return Request form.
If you suspect a product to be faulty, please submit anOnline Return Request formand select faulty when prompted.
Please attach relevant images highlighting the fault and condition of the product.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
If faulty we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.
We may cancel an order at any time during the fulfillment and dispatch process for the following reasons:
Suspicious activity
Stock availability
Technical website errors
