What is the INTERSPORT Club?
The INTERSPORT Club is our loyalty program, which rewards our customers for coming into store and shopping online. Our members receive ongoing discounted member pricing, chances to win instant prizes, expert advice and support for all sporting needs, information about all latest promotional specials, Birthday discount offers, invites to exclusive member-only events and more!
Which INTERSPORT stores participate in the INTERSPORT Club Program?
All stores participate, however not all store Loyalty offers, may be the same.
JOINING THE CLUB
Who is eligible to join?
Everyone over the age of 16 with a valid email address or mobile number is eligible to join.
I have signed up in store, do I have to sign up again online?
No, simply stay tuned for more exciting rewards & member benefits as we unify our loyalty program across all stores.
Is there a joining fee?
There are no joining fees; it’s free to join the program.
I have signed up online, do I get a physical card?
No. You don’t need a card as your details are in our POS. We no longer use physical cards for our Loyalty Program.
How do I become an INTERSPORT Club Member?
There are two ways to join the program. They are:
• In Store – ask one of our helpful team members.
• Online – Sign up via the form above or the pop up form, here at intersport.com.au and fill out your details.
Do I need an email address to sign up?
We encourage all our members to have email address as the main form of communication is via email; With-out an email address you may be excluded from a number of promotions.
WELCOME OFFER
I signed up to INTERSPORT Club but haven’t received my $20 voucher.
Our welcome offer is sent to our members once they have joined the INTERSPORT Club Loyalty program and engaged with our Welcome email. Once the discount code is received, your $20 discount code will be valid for use on your second purchase of at least $150 AUD. Your discount will be valid for use approximately 24 hours after your first purchase. Please note that Gift Cards are not included within this offer, meaning that the qualifying purchase and the discounted purchase must not contain a Gift Card. If you haven’t received your discount voucher, please contact us at admin@intersport.com.au.
How do I redeem my $20 offer?
Once you have made an initial purchase online logged into your account or in store at participating stores and have waited the 24 hours. You can then enter in your code at checkout online or present the email containing the code to the staff member in store at participating stores. Please note that in order to redeem your $20 discount, your order must be at least $150 AUD.
What are the Terms & Conditions of this offer?
The offer is valid for one use only. You must be logged into your account online or have provided your details in store for your first and second purchase. The discount of $20 AUD will then be automatically applied at checkout, providing that the order is a minimum spend of $150 AUD and does not include the purchase of a gift card in either the first or second purchase. This discount code is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid for redemption online at intersport.com.au and in store at participating stores.
MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS
Can I change when or if I want to receive communication from INTERSPORT?
Yes - This is available via the Update Your Details link in all emails. You can also log into your account online and update any details. You can also call customer service on 03 8560 4677.
How do I know what member offers are available to me?
If you have opted in for emails and/or SMS, you will receive updates of the upcoming sales, offers and events.
What if I have opted out of email and SMS?
If you have opted not to receive communications from us, you will not be notified of any special offers or early access to sales. You will still be able to take advantage of member pricing but you will likely miss out on all other offers and benefits, including your birthday offer.

MEMBER ORDERS
How do I place an order for a member discount?
If the product has a member discount, and you are logged into your account online or have provided your details to the staff member in store, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
How do I place a member order?
You would need to log into your account online before making a purchase for it to be recorded as a member purchase. In store, simply provide your name, email address or mobile number at the time of purchase to ensure that it is recorded as a member purchase.
