- Pre-stretch the bands before use
- Avoid stretching your resistance bands in storage as this can cause them to lose elasticity over time. Instead, fold them up for storage.
- Store the bands in a cool, dry place to prevent morphing and deterioration. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent brittleness.
- Wipe them down with a damp cloth after use.
- To help maintain elasticity and extend lifespan you can spray with a lubricant.
