Featuring a precision-engineered stainless steel insert, these plates provide an expansive surface area that efficiently distributes impact. This ensures enhanced shock absorption and reduces wear on the plate, even with repeated drops, making them perfect for high-intensity lifting and powerlifting PBs. The plates are colour-coded to IWF standards, allowing for easy weight identification in competitive and training environments.
