What Product Is Available To Click & Collect

You are able to Click & Collect any product that’s available to purchase on the website at your local store.

As we offer the full website range, part or all of your order may not be available at your local store and be required to be delivered from another INTERSPORT store. We thank you in advance for your patience but our aim is to make the widest range available to pick up at your local store. We’ll do our best to deliver as soon as we can!

Is There A Charge For Click & Collect?

No, Click and Collect is a free service.

How Will I Know When My Order Is Ready To Pick Up?

You will receive an order confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection. If you’d like Contact Free pick-up, please contact your pick up store directly to organize.

What Do I Take In-Store To Pickup My Order

When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport and Proof of Age Card. You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.

Can Someone Collect The Order On My Behalf?

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, you can nominate a  person when you checkout.
They will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.

How Long Do I Have To Collect My Order

Your order will be held for 28 days after being confirmed as ready for pick up.
If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.

Can I Return Or Exchange My Click & Collect Order?

If you need to return or exchange all or part of your order, you can do so at your local INTERSPORT store. We accept returns on Click & Collect orders within 7 days of pick up and exchanges within 14 days of pick up (unless product deemed faulty). Visit the Returns & Exchanges page for further information.

Returns can be dropped off at your local INTERSPORT store, but the refund will be processed through the online store so the original payment method will be credited. Refunds will only be processed Monday to Friday. 

What’s “stock in store”?

Gives you the ability to see stock availability in the stores nearest to you. You will also see store information including the address, how far away the store is, phone number, email contact and opening hours.

What do the different call outs mean?

  • AVAILABLE: Product is available and in stock.
  • ONLY ONE LEFT!: You better be quick, last one!
  • OUT OF STOCK:The store is not showing any stock available.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. You will be provided with a consignment note and tracking link in your shipping notification email. You can track your parcel using Australia Post’s tracking search. Simply enter the consignment note number. We recommend sending your parcel to an office or location where someone will be there to receive it between 9:00am – 5:00pm.

SPLIT DELIVERIES

If you have ordered multiple items, we will do our best to deliver from one location, but it may be necessary to deliver the items from various locations. If this is the case, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at different times. In this case, no additional shipping costs will be charged and you will receive multiple tracking links.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders that are received by 11am AEST will be processed the same day. All orders received after this time will be processed as soon as possible, likely to be the next business day.  We will endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

Online purchases cannot be returned to a store, and in store purchases cannot be returned online.

FREE RETURNS

INTERSPORT Australia is pleased to offer Free Returns on:

  • product returned within 7 days of delivery
  • product that is to be exchanged (under 5 kgs) and within 14 days of purchase
  • product is faulty or not as advertised

A “change of mind” will not be eligible for a Free Return or refund on any delivery charges paid. You will be required to pay the return delivery costs.

To return a product to us, you can contact us through the website or via the phone:

Once we’ve collected your details we will then contact you via email with return shipping information and a free return label if eligible.

The return items must be unworn or unused, in original condition and in a resalable condition to be returned and refunded. This includes the original packaging of the item (the shoe box, product tags etc). If this packaging is damaged you will not be eligible for a refund so please send back in the same way as received to protect the product from damage in transit.

To post the item back to the store it was sent from go to your nearest Australia Post outlet:

    • package up your item in a postage bag
    • include your receipt or proof of purchase (The packing list)
    • proof of any postage costs to be reimbursed for faulty items (if applicable)
    • attach the shipping label we provided, and
    • drop it off at the post outlet

If seeking a refund, please allow up to two (2) weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. This allows for postage and banking delays, both of which are outside of our control.

EXCHANGES

INTERSPORT Australia does not offer exchanges on products purchased online. If you wish to exchange a product you’ve purchased, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
