I received the wrong item from my online order

We will contact the original store and will have them send the correct item to you via Express Post same day. A Customer Service representative will provide you with a free Return Shipping Label attached in an email to return the incorrect item.

I only received part of my online order

If you have only received part of your online order, it is possible your items were sent from separate locations. Please check your emails for multiple tracking links from Shippit/INTERSPORT. Please check your Packing List that arrived in your order to see if it has been specified that it is arriving separately.
